What we collect from business owners

Your email address to log you in, and the details you put on your card: business name, trade, logo, colour, phone number, hours, and your booking and review links.

What we collect from your customers

When a customer saves a card, their phone registers with echocard so the card can update. We store an anonymous pass identifier, which platform it is on (Apple or Google), when it was saved, and whether it was later removed. We do not collect customers' names, phone numbers or email addresses. We record when a card page is viewed and when a link on a card is tapped, without identifying the person.

Notifications

Follow-up messages are shown by Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when a card updates. Customers can turn these off in their phone settings or remove the card at any time.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase and the app runs on Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Deleting your account

Delete your account from the Account screen. Your business, cards, messages and statistics are deleted straight away. Cards already on customers' phones will stop updating and can be removed by the customer.
