A thank you the next day and a reminder a month on, sent on their own to every phone that saves the card.
An automation is a short series of messages that goes out, on its own, to every person who saves a card. Each card has its own.
The default series is a thank you the day after the save and a reminder thirty days on, with a third message at ninety days. You can change the wording, the timing and how many steps there are, and switch the whole thing off.
Messages land as a lock screen notification from your card, with your icon and your business name. Tapping it opens the card, with the message on the back.
- Messages are sent between 8am and 7pm in your time zone. One that falls due overnight waits until the morning.
- A customer only ever receives a message once, and nobody receives one after removing the card.
- Your own copy of the card does not receive them.
