What happens when I cancel Pro

Cancel from the Account page, under Plan, with Manage billing. Pro carries on until the end of the period you paid for, and the Plan tab shows the date. Change your mind before then and Keep Pro undoes it.

When the period ends, the account moves to Free:

• Your first card carries on exactly as it was, with its code, link and updates.
• Extra cards pause. They stay listed under My cards, greyed out, but cannot be edited or shared, and their codes and links send people to your first card. Copies already on phones keep what they have and stop updating.
• Messages stop. Follow-ups that fall due while you are on Free are skipped, not sent later. Updates cannot be sent.
• The website button hides on your site until you are back on Pro.
• Your numbers are hidden.

Nothing is deleted. Upgrading again brings every card, automation and number straight back.
