Deleting your account
Everything goes, your subscription ends, and your cards show as expired on customers' phones.
The Delete account link is at the bottom of the Account page. Type the word delete to confirm.
What happens, in order:
- Your Pro subscription, if you have one, is cancelled in Stripe straight away. No further charges.
- Every one of your cards is pushed to customers' phones once more as expired, so none of them keeps looking current.
- Your business, cards, messages, numbers, uploaded images and login are deleted.
There is no undo. You can sign up again with the same email afterwards and start fresh.
