What do you know about my customers?
Almost nothing. No names, numbers or emails, just that a card was saved and which buttons were tapped.
When someone saves your card, their phone registers with echocard so the card can receive updates. We store an anonymous identifier for that copy, which Wallet it is in, when it was saved, and whether it was later removed.
We do not collect the customer's name, phone number or email address. We record when a card page is opened and when a button on a card is tapped, without identifying who did it.
Your numbers are built from those records: how many phones have your card, which buttons get tapped, and how your messages do. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
