Can I remove my card from someone's phone?

No. Neither Apple nor Google lets a business delete a pass off a customer's phone. Only the customer can remove it, the same way they would remove a boarding pass.

What happens instead, when you delete a card in echocard:

• Every saved copy is updated once more as expired. It greys out, loses its buttons, and the phone moves it under expired passes, out of everyday view. Most phones hide expired passes by default.
• The copy stays on the phone until the customer removes it, which is how boarding passes work too.
• The card no longer counts in your numbers.

Deleting your whole account does the same for every card first.

If a customer removes your card themselves, their phone tells us, the copy stops counting, and no more messages go to it.
